I was looking for lowest price car insurance for the newly purchased car & someone introduced me this office & place to start with as they are Brooker and do insurances on car, home & other related things. You don't need to take an appointment and you can there directly and have face to face conversation.

I am worrying bcze I am not able review without any star. This is the review for wawanesa. Not only to this branch. After wawanesa gave my insurance to broker, they increased my insurance from 120.xx- 148.xx per month. Without any reason. I have no claims up to now. Whenever I called wawanesa they said to call the broker. Brokers never answered. To hang on the phone whole day I have to be absent on my work. Finally I changed with other company and asked to cancel my insurance on February 9. Even after tge cancellation they charge from my account on February 16. When call wawanesa billing section before February 16, a lady agent told me “payment it’s already scheduled to the bank. We are not able to stop it now. After we receive we will send you the refund by cheque “ Up to now (march 12) I didn’t receive any Cheuqe . So I called them. There a gentleman spoke to me. And he said what ever they charge from my account it’s already covered for my insurance. I have no idea who is right? The lady or the gentleman? But Generally, all the companies charge the payment in advance. Only wawanesa says they charged me at last. My policy is not in force from February 15. But they charged me on February 16. Foe sure i will get a reply here from wawanesatalktous. And ask me to mail them. But they can do nothing. Onlt we can talk talk talk to them. WAWANESA something I cannot forget.

BEWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN ITS YOUR TURN TO MAKE A CLAIM THEY WANNA SCREW YOU.

It’s the most shity company ever at the beginning they were charge me double and every time I called them they say sorry we will give u credit and one time I was late they kick me out and put black on point on my file so don’t recommend
