Gabby is the most amazing personal trainer you could ask for. She works every part of your body and incorporates stretching to lengthen the muscles while strengthening. She is amazing at pushing you to complete all of the reps and pushing your body To its max - without making it feel that way. Highly recommend Lavalette personal fitness and even more so Gabby as a personal trainer!
