We purchased a home on Lake Hartwell in 2019 and originally made contact with Richard Adams and the team at the Doc Doctor. We had so much work that needed done on our dock and the boat lift. They replaced our boat lift and saved us thousands of dollars and now does a great job with some of the maintenance that needs to be done. We highly recommend Richard and Gretchen Adams personally and his entire team.

The Doc Doctor is the place to call for all your dock needs. Repair boat docks, lifts, move your dock in and out do to water dropping or raising. The most respectful, nicest people.
Had a good 2018 and 2019, then in 2020 they raised monthly prices and added another 10/month fee for any additional ramps or walkway extensions on top. I agreed to pay for both for 2020. In my first January visit, the crew left 1 of my walkway extensions on the lake bottom. Despite letting them know and asking for a follow up visit, it sat there for a month until Doc Doctor came back. Then the owner yelled at me and canceled my service because he'd hurt his churn trying to pry my walkway off the lake bottom. He offered a refund, but took off all of January and half of February, while leaving my stuff in the lake collecting orange mud. There are more professional options on the lake.
wanted to thank Richard and his crew for hooking my walkway back to my dock and fixing the flotation yesterday. Super job very friendly people and do a great job was worth the wait. Thank you Jimmy
