I had an issue over something with led me to phone the main office. The owner of the company came out to me in person to address the issue. He was apologetic and immediately rectified the situation to my satifaction. He compensated me for the issue which occured. This a very professional company and I found that the owner had a lot of integrity and commitment to running his company to the highest of professional standards. I would highly recommend this company.

I booked a taxi at 7:50 in The Morning. Said it was important for The Taxi to be on point because we had to catch a train. Taxi never showed up so we missed the train. Tried to call customer service but they just hung up and didn’t try to help. Avoid this taxi company.
Um funcionário ucraniano cobrou à minha sogra, na passada sexta-feira de manhã, por ser uma senhora idosa, 13 euros por um percurso de, sensivelmente, 5/6 euros. Uma indecência!
