Obtaining disability is a long, difficult process. I knew I was sick and unable to work but getting the government to realize that was next to impossible. I got very lucky to find Jeff Herman and his staff. I am not a naturally patient person but you really have no choice but to be when awaiting a decision. Once Mr. Herman was on the case I can't say the process sped up but I can say I knew what was going on, the timeline, the process, and any question I had was answered. I was preparing for a hearing but Mr. Herman took one last shot at getting a judge to review my case. I figured it was a really long shot. He called me at 7:00 PM to give me the news of a fully favorable decision. I would highly recommend Jeff Herman and his staff if you are applying for a disability. It's a very long process but with Jeff and his staff you don't have to go it alone.

Mr. Jeffrey Herman and his office assistant are very professional and care for their clients! Most people who are in the position of having to deal with disability benefits are frustrated, in pain and lost when it comes to getting help. I know when I first called I was lost, worried and confused. After my first phone call with Louisa I felt and knew I had spoken with someone who cared and want to help and guide me. They helped me understand everything. Took the time to explain the process and make sure I was fully informed. Highly recommend!
