I am a small business owner and needed some quick advice on a statement of work and terms and agreements contract for a large customer. This was my largest contract to date and the client corporation had some very hefty asks in their legal contract. I did not feel confident about signing it and Jim Zadeh helped me review the contract and he found areas where I was able to push back and request clause removals. I didn't think the large corporation would flex on anything, but I followed Jim's advice and it was a huge success. The large global company removed the clauses and modified to the terms Jim suggested/recommended.
