I called about a situation I have from my father passing. Kathleen was extremely condescending and showed no care for my situation. She did advise that I was dealing with \quite a mess\ but did not offer further services; however, she did wish me \the best of luck.\ I don't know who these other people that rated her so highly we working with, but it certainly wasn't the woman I spoke to. Don't waste your time or money.
