I hired Mr. Goodman to represent me when I bought my home. I knew nothing about real estate transactions at the time because this was my first home purchase. I was happy to see that Mr. Goodman's primary concern was protecting me. He always had my back. He made me feel as though I was his only client and answering my calls and the communications that he received from my lender and Seller's attorney on the day that they were made. He also got paperwork out within 24 hours. Who could ask for more. I was always comfortable with Mr. Goodman and his staff. If you want a great and honest real estate lawyer contact Mr. Goodman. .

Larry Goodman is not a good man! We had a trial adjourned so we could get proper discovery I called him the day we were supposed receive them the description of the charges and the amended charges that due to Covid were written by the plaintiff over 100 days later and didn’t match whatsoever. Larry had a lengthy discussion with the plaintiffs attorney the day prior to the day he was supposed to give me my charges and when I asked for them he hung the phone up on me he also tried to trick me into admitting to something I didn’t do. This guy is trash! Im glad I didn’t listen to him because I didn’t feel comfortable admitting to something I never did. After further research I found if I would’ve admitted I could never win an appeal. He knew exactly what he was doing. I lost my case and attorney fees were granted to the plaintiff. 3x the amount what I was going to pay him. And I believe his discussion with the other attorney had something to do with him receiving that money because the plaintiff already paid the attorney and the money would come from me which the other attorney wouldn’t loose anything and Larry would receive money’s paid by me. All he would have to do is Take a dive in the second round. And with no regards for me and what the outcome might do in my life in the future. So Larry laid down. This will be reported to the board of ethics and if everyone else who is not happy with his manipulative ways and his failure to represent his clients should report him also. I hope he uses the money he makes from NOT representing his clients for medicine. Because the money is definitely not used on that bad wig he wears. Minus five stars that’s what I give him

He listened attentively to my situation, advised me what too expect with certainty, and was a real \Perry Mason\ in the courtroom. I now have a great attorney in my arsenal and know if anything unexpected should arise in the future, I have security and expertise to back me up. Highly recommended!

This guy just wants your . Simple as that. Could be useful in a land deal, but in front of a judge, forget it. Tricked me into feeling guilty just to get more for himself. Hey Larry, how did my 3500 fix your life? Didn't. He is a terrible person and that extends to you...the client. OUCH.
