I would not recommend this attorney. I was disrespected by the wife of the attorney and threatened due to the fact that I was simply expressing my opinion. I had initially posted a negative review because of the way I was taken advantage of. The wife of the attorney called me and asked me if I would be willing to remove the post if they were able to make things right so I agreed. Needless to say when I needed the help again I was treated with disrespect. Initially I did not get the representation I felt I deserved. I have been suffering the consequences since my divorce. During my divorce I only had the opportunity to speak to my attorney once. My attorney also made the comment when there were certain stipulations in the decree I did not agree with that “I would only be paying my attorney more if I chose to fight it” rather than helping me. I felt I was thrown under the bus during my representation. I would highly recommend doing your research. I do not appreciate the way I was disrespected and represented by this office.

I cannot describe the complexity or details of my case(S)... capital ‘S’ Mr. Sikes and his team have handled every matter with the utmost professionalism, personal care and concern, sensitivity, and thoroughness. They are versed in Military, Family, Property, and Criminal law, and are well respected in this community and amongst the Court system. Be honest, up front with your expectations, and help them help you. It is worth hiring them on your team.

I called this law firm for a consultation as this firm was recommended to me by a relative of mine who used Mr. Sikes and was pleased. Upon calling, the receptionist was very nice. However, another person at the firm picked up and I experienced the same thing as another reviewer experienced, a rude party on the other end. The party would not let me speak and continued to interrupt me. I therefore said that is okay and will search for representation elsewhere. The person was not knowledgeable at all. I am sure that I am not the only person to not know an exact address for a spouse that I am filing for a divorce with. But per the person I spoke with, they cannot handle these type of cases.

I called today in order to do a consultation, his wife called me back and she was rude, angry, and hostile from the beginning. I felt like I had to be louder in order for her to even hear me. She continously cut me off and she had no professionalism about her. I told her that I didn't need their services because she was very hositle and hung up the phone. She apparently was not done so she called me back yelling saying I hing up in her face. What kind of lawyers office is this? As a father going through troubled times from not being able to see or talk to my son, the last thing I need is some angry person who I am seeking help from contributing to my problems. Never will I think of calling this place again.
