Absolutely the most incompetent people I have ever done business with. They charge me full price for a service they don't provide. I've been told for roughly 3 months that a manager will "personally come over and instruct the coworkers how to do their jobs correctly" and of course he never showed. These people are a hack and I've been nothing but loyal and patient and they can't even return a phone call. I'd suggest to keep looking for another lawn maintenance company unless you like being treated like trash. Rating this company 1 star is beyond generosity.

Where can I start... Lawnicure is and should be a role model for quality and service for the rest of the companies in Miami. We had two big palm trees that were damaging the house and had to unfortunately be removed. I called around to ask for prices and most companies quoted me insane amounts. A friend recommended this company and when we called lawnicure, they gave us a great price (almost 10 times more affordable). Very professional company! Came in uniform and they were incredibly helpful. The owner even called us to make sure everything went smooth. Oh and they also have online payments! The level of professionalism and attention to detail this company and the crew showed is nothing short of first class! Again, this is the most professional and detail oriented company we have ever worked with. Best way I can describe it is they are the Apple of lawncare. With great service and great prices. Thank you! and I look forward to working with you again in the future :)
I decided to contact this company and ended up talking to will(owner), he told me that he would send his guys out first thing Friday morning since they will be in that area that day. We waited and nobody was showing up! I called the Company and spoke to a lady there and told me that I was not on the scheduled for that day! She tried calling will(owner) for hours and could not locate him. She apologized for everything but it was out of her hands! I told her for being my first experienced that they where not reliable/caring about new customers.i told her that I would take my money somewhere else! Beware!!!
I just bought a house and ordered service with Lawnicure(bi-weekly)... Made the appointment and was instructed to wait for them to come by in the morning of 08/02/19 to explain specifically what I needed done, ended up waiting all day for them to not to show up. I called around 4PM asking where they're at and I was told the landscapers are backed up and they will reach out on Monday 08/05/19. Was not contacted all day (again) and I called at 1:00PM to ask why no one has reached out to reschedule. I was not given a response as to why. So I just decided that I will take my business elsewhere. Receiptionist did not even ask who I was or apologize for never reaching out to reschedule service. Wasted 2 days waiting for landscapers who never came or was never contacted to reschedule.
They knocked on my door offering a free "lawnicure" in order to attract my business. They were quite professional and did a great job. A plus is being able to pay online. Very happy with them. Would definitely recommend.
Great service! The guys were very professional and in uniform. They provided a text and email reminder prior to my appointment. Best of all, I was able to pay online. Highly recommend!
