I WAS a customer of 35 years, never again. I had a problem with my engine not running. I called and they were 4 to 7 weeks behind. After 7 weeks I was told to bring my boat over after repeated calls and they would work it in. Two weeks later no service was performed. Fortunately, I was able to locate the fuel pump which I diagnosed myself as the problem. My son and I, using YouTube,, fixed the fuel pump in an hour. Total cost to me 253.00 Cost Arnie's would have charged THOUSANDS since the OEM fuel pump runs 1900 alone. I will never go back. I could tell other boats were put ahead of mine. Some were \first responders\ but the boats I saw were KS wildlife not first responders. I ended up giving them 2 stars for 2 reasons. First I repaired my boat myself saving lots of . Second I found another Boat repair place who treats their customers much much better. See Ya Arnies

I had a prop that lost the hub. Called and they were close but Keith said to stop by. He had what I needed and was back on the water in a hr. Thank you for helping me out when you didn't have to.

I don’t know how people are giving anything more than 2 stars, this outfit is a joke, very slim knowledge.
Arnie’s has had my small outboard for two months. This is either the most difficult problem ever experienced on a small Mercury outboard motor, they do not have the experience, or it’s not a priority. Plus, I receive no communication from Arnie’s on the status.
