Dr. Yee was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, the staff was really nice explaining everything as well! Excellent customer service, love the professionalism and how much they care about their patients !

They are good for preventive care which I appreciate however if you are sick they don't do anything for you, I was getting really dizzy and I was having problems with my balance so I went to Arsenio medical center and the doctor just kindly dismissed it and started with the preventive care and I left there still having the same problem, just recently I was having pain in my knee I went to an urgent care and got x-rays and a Knee brace and inflammatory medicine but guess what when I went to Arsenio for a follow up I got the usual dismissal and a referral to Dr. Yee a pain specialist. Also every time I go to them there's new staff and you never get to see a doctor just a Nurse Practicer

Great office, I’ve seen a few different doctors there and they are all amazing medical professionals. They’re physician assistants are also great, especially Christine Greco..man does she have GREAT bedside manner and really knows her stuff. They really care about you and make you feel like family, never feel rushed out. The nurses are also fantastic and bring a wonderful positive attitude and know how to make you feel welcome and put a smile on tour face. The receptionists are also extremely helpful wether I need a referral, an appointment or have any questions. They also have an on site billing department which is great! Whenever I have any billing questions their staff is always thorough and helpful in explaining things to me. I’ve also had the pleasure in speaking with their office manager when I had some questions about my insurance changing and the billing department was unavailable. I must say what an extremely kind and intelligent man he is. He really took his time to go over plans I was looking at and explain terms to me I’m not so familiar with. A Arsenio, keep it up...would HIGHLY recommend !
