Charlie has been my family dentist since I had teeth. I hear horror stories from friends about all kinds of seemingly un-needed dental work that cost bazillions. If you are looking for the best dentist who does good honest work and will make you laugh while he is doing it - look no further. He is approachable and his staff have always been good to me. He has great local art in his office and has served and serves many of my favorite Lawrence neighbors.
Professional team and Dr. Kincaid and the staff are very caring and easy to work with. I no longer live in Lawrence, but still make the drive from KC.
No disrespect to my former orthodontist I just moved away and couldn't take him with me. Todays experience was one of the best I have ever had. I have found my Lawrence orthodontist. I had a root canal. Charlie made it almost pain free. I only felt one needle and he told me it was coming and it wasn't even that bad. Other than that I felt nothing. He kept asking if I was okay making sure I was comfortable. He was fast, funny (the man is a hoot) and his assistant Sarah was was awesome too. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. She had everything ready for him. Thank you and your whole staff.
