Tried BJJ for the first time! The instructor and athletes were so welcoming. They had no problem teaching me, even though I had never done anything like this before. They helped me during the warm-up and while we were all learning skills. They even tried to convince me to join the free-style time when you can practice any moves, but I decided to sit out. I enjoyed watching them learn from each other. It was great!! Would highly recommend!

I’m a year in to the martial arts world, and I love BJJ after trying a few other aspects of mixed martial arts prior to Caio Academy, but I truly enjoy this specific location. If you want to feel like you belong to a family; a team, this is your place. If you want to truly understand the fundamentals of this sport and learn from very efficient and loyal coaches, this is your place. If you want to learn self defense, stay in shape, compete, etc. whatever your goals are, this is the place to give a try and see. I highly recommend this place to every one and any one. I am fulfilled when I come here and I leave feeling stronger, confident and without ego, as well as content. Try it; you won’t be disappointed. Every thing is ultimately a commitment to oneself, but there is good help along the way in life, such as Caio Academy being just that for me
