I wish Criticaire would open a branch in Kansas City or Overland Park- they would make a tidy profit based on their excellent customer service alone. I don't know what the review below means about rude staff. I needed to get a medical equipment accessory fast and not only did they put a rush on the order - they were pleasant - considerate - and had great advice for the best interim options. Amy and Crystal are great. It is completely worth the 50 minute drive - and competitors in Kansas City- for this equipment- are mediocre by contrast. Also they have hours on Saturday. Wow. A company that realizes some of us work full time. I like that a lot. Thank you !

Criticare is one of the most helpful businesses I have found. The entire staff is polite respectful and very very helpful whether you have an injury or you have a sleep apnea problem or anything else you would need. Why go anywhere else for things like walkers wheelchairs canes support of any kind for wrists ankles Etc. If you need anything and this classification this is where you want to be. JC
