I took a ring in to get re-sized and ordered a band to go along with it. They said it would be about a week until it was done which I thought was fast and then they called the very next day saying it was done! I was so impressed! Excellent service and friendly staff

Fantastic stuff. You can get really weird costume jewelry or extremely classy (read: expensive) world-class stuff here. Charmingly Lawrencian inside, the tin ceilings and endless display cases do house some truly weird stuff (coral-looking earrings that look to weigh a pound each, a shark ring that has teeth surrounding the wearer's finger, etc.), but the sheer selection is pretty great. Plus, they make custom pieces. I had my wife's engagement ring made here custom (11 years ago), and it's a one-off piece. A prong holding the stone broke recently, and they fixed it almost immediately. I'm impressed.
