If you're out of town and looking for cheap Jayhawks merchandise, hit up this Goodwill. Lot of T-shirts to sift through and you'll come out with some quality gear for a fraction of what you'd pay at the bookstore.

Bought an item a week ago. Kept it in the bag until I was going to do laundry. Realized it was capri dress pants when I need actual dress pants. The only receipt I was given was the receipt from debit transaction, Which was tucked in the bag. Again I didn't look at the item until today a week later. So when I tried to return it, Manager on duty was a bit rude and refused to accept it. Saying she needs the actual receipt I told her I never got it. She said well there's nothing I can do. I told her this was all I was given. I said that's not my fault I wasn't given the receipt. She shrugged her shoulders and said \ sorry next time you need to make sure you get the receipt.\ I couldn't believe what I was hearing. How about make sure your employees are thoroughly trained!?

This is by far the cleanest store I've been to....the folks here care about us,the customers and offer help with a smile. I'm proud to get clothes for my grandchildren here because they are good quality and in prayers I hope they have good sale on Tuesday DEC. 22...thanks.

Purchased 5 coats here to donate for a cost drive at work. They have some pretty nice stuff. Very clean store and helpful employees.
