I have gone to Heartland clinic when it was by river bridge off 7th street cross the railroad tracks .... Even then it offered great doctors and care. Not just for the poor but for all!. These people are well dedicated and educated with care and compassion with honesty and truth to each patient... That makes them priceless. I am proud to get help there when I must.... God bless Lisa Russell. And many more who care for us.

I was seen for being a new patient, I’ve been trying for almost a month to get my important heart issues to be seen but after having to call them 9xs did I finally get an answer that they only have two doctors on staff. They then tried to pawn me off onto another doctor and I’ll never use their services again.... I wasted so much time here that was so very much unneeded and I’m angry about it. There are better physicians out there so don’t go to this one If you need a primary.

Dr Strickland leaving was the downfall of this place. They’re hard to work with, rude, disorganized, and don’t care about patient care, and the nurse practitioner’s assistant yelled at me over the phone. They still haven’t called me to discuss anything with me and my appointment was a month ago. It’s ridiculous. I will say that the only current redeeming quality of this place is their DON. She was super helpful.

The staff is very nice. Every time we schedule a appointment I have issues with them getting my prescription sent out on time and sent out correctly. The pharmacy normally has issues with them not sending out the instructions correctly causing a delay. They also forget to send the prescriptions out sometimes. They are very hard to get a hold of. I have been seeing Luke Mueller at heartland for about 6 months. He had been nice enough to take me in as a patient when they were unable to take in more patients. I think the issue with me always having a problem with my prescription not being sent out and incorrect instructions might be because they are short staffed. I am not sure.

Hard to get in to see physician and get refills. My Dr left with no warning or a letter.. Don't like changes and now have to get use to another dr that don't know my health issues
