This company is a joke. Whatever it is that they spray down does nothing . They go through 0 effort to cover every room thoroughly. They don't stand up to their gurantee. Do yourself a favor and call someone else instead of throwing your money away fooling with these people.

I wish there was a way to choose less than one star. I am extremely disappointed in this company's services, customer service, & upper management. My family decided to give this company a chance even though we NEVER accept services from door to door solicitors. We agreed to the initial consultation for 39.99. We were told preferred payment was check. Apparently, the reason for this is so that they can enroll you in autopay using your bank information without authorization. We called to cancel services. Services weren't successful. No changes in spiders indoors & out went unchanged, but also who wants to do business with a company that feels it right to remove automatic payments from unauthorized bank accounts. Two months later, (after the cancellation call) they come out again to do the exterior of the house only when it was originally reported that BOTH indoor & outdoor spider control was necessary. Another month of services charged after cancellation. When called & asked why we're still being charged, but also why would I pay for partial services (outdoors only)? Their excuse was because WE only cancelled autopay, a service never requested or authorized. After giving up the fight, I questioned why charge full price for outdoors only. Their answer was because WE didn't call to schedule a time. It would only make sense to make arrangements to do both inside & out on the same day. A long story that goes on & on ends with the same disappointment felt initially, but also much anger, distrust, & wasted time dealing with a company that seems to flourish through scam & manipulation of unknowing consumers. This is extremely sad & again disappointing.
