Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and customer service I received today! Aaron M, THANK YOU for being so great! As a woman, I’m often treated like I don’t know anything when I walk into an auto location and I’m often told what I need. But Aaron was informative and so kind when explaining my different options. Mario M worked on my car while Aaron took care of the logistics, as a team they made my oil change such a great experience.

These guys are amazing. They were super friendly, practiced excellent customer service, and really made me feel like they really were knowledgeable about what they were doing. The managers were on point, getting just as involved in the process as their techs. The service was quick, from the time I pulled up. Definitely recommend this location for all your lube and maintenance needs. Will be there from now on.

Great place! I haven’t been there before, and when I told them it was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube, they were so helpful and professional, and explained everything to me step-by-step. I will definitely be going there to get my oil changed from now on, so personable and kind. Really can’t say enough good things about them.
Jim, Aaron, and Tim (Below deck) provided prompt and professional service changing my oil today and were helpful in making it affordable for commuting college students to keep their cars in the upmost level of care. I was also assisted by two Lady Technicians who I didn’t get their names. Thank you Jiffy Lube of Lawrence.
