Ok, I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves all the love! I order from here ANYTIME I want Chinese food (about 2-3x/month)! I found this place a couple years ago and I have loved it ever since. I recommend Jin Shan to anyone that is looking for new places in Lawrence to eat. The buffet is wonderful, the delivery is fantastic, and the prices are AMAZING! The staff is so sweet and welcoming. I have tried a few other places around town, because Jin Shan is closed on Tuesday's, and nowhere else compares. LOVE!!!

A truly family-owned style establishment with decent fair for the cost they also have a ready-made style Buffet I enjoy this place also because it is very quiet here never really busy and the staff are rather enjoyable to be around and they have a truly exceptional apple dessert
Wonderful experience. My friend took me here for lunch a while back, Great Atmosphere, Great food. Clean and Great Service. Going back soon.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Normally, I love Jin Shan. Their delivery is always really great and fast. BUT, this time I was super disappointed. I ordered online through their website at 11:17am, and it is now 12:40pm and NOTHING has showed up. I try to call their phone number listed on Google and I get an error message saying calls have been suspended and to try again later. I want my 40 back! And my time. But I'll settle for my 40.
I am so grossed out right now. I ordered this beef and mushroom it was raw! Make sure you check your meat before eating Update: I am so very disappointed with this company and will never eat there again. I called to request a refund for my food. They would not, they said will bring a new one I accepted. 1 hour and half later i call them to see where food is? They never had any intention of bringing it. I am waiting again supposed to be bringing it.
Only buffet that actually tastes good
I ordered carryout from Jin Shan Buffet via Eatstreet and I was extremely impressed! They had 34 worth of food ready to go within fifteen minutes of ordering, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The portions were very generous. I was particularly impressed with the General Tso's Tofu. It was some of the best, most flavorful tofu I've ever had, and I can tell that it was well-marinated. My wife loves their honey chicken and egg drop soup. We'll definitely order from this restaurant again.
I'm not sure if they're still in business (and I hope they are because I enjoy their food), but an order that I placed was cancelled through Eatstreet and the phone went straight to the busy signal everytime I tried to call about my order. Their services shouldn't be advertised if they're not in business
