Had a wonderful experience leasing my new Tucson. Daisy, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The whole staff was helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. I am so pleased with my car and would recommend the dealership to anyone wishing to purchase or lease. I might mention that Covid 19 protocols were strictly followed and as a senior citizen myself were greatly appreciated. They were the best!

It is dealerships like this that are the reason I do not generally frequent dealerships for vehicle maintenance. Most recently I went in for a relatively simple oil change, and to have a recent recall taken care of. I specifically requested that the maintenance personnel not touch my tires, as I have a tire issue I am already aware of that I have scheduled to be fixed at another business. They appear to have left my tires alone, but did not have the sense of mind to change my reciept/description of services. So, if you were to look at the description of services, it is clearly listing services that were absolutely never rendered. Along this same line of reasoning, they claimed that they took care of the recall and I should see no further issues. Yet within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, my check engine light came back on implying that they had claimed another services that they blatantly did not complete. The last time I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told my services were complete and that I had no issues with my car or my tires. Within 24 hours I was stranded on the side of the road with an entirely flat tire. When I brought this up to the Service Manager, he first attempted to blame me for the issue, then tried to charge me the price of the replacement tire. Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and resolved the issue quickly, as he seems to be one of the few employees knowledgeable and personable enough to do his job well.

I was very happy with my recent purchase experience. I have purchased Hyundais from Laird Noller in the past. I went to test drive a Hyundai Tucson but I was not necessarily looking to purchase that day. I was pleased with my trade-in value and the price of the new vehicle so I decided to purchase that day. Todd was a great salesman and Daryl was terrific on the financing side. My only issue was a short time after the sale when I contacted the dealership with a question. I reached out to the dealership a few times and no one made an attempt to contact me in return regarding my question. I ended having to figure out the matter myself.
Had a wonderful experience buying my first brand new car. No run around, no BS. I told them what I wanted, we bargained it out, and when I informed my salesman that I would be coming in from Kansas City to purchase the vehicle, he had me send my documents electronically so they could begin the process before we showed up the next evening. Despite having some technical issues, the process moved forward quickly, and I was very excited to say goodbye to my old car and drive home my 2019 Kona. Tyler, the employee who finalized the details of the sale with us, has followed up a few times make sure my questions are answered and that I haven't had problems with the car. I have appreciated his diligence. Update: 3 months after purchasing my new vehicle, my husband and I returned to purchase a second new vehicle. Once again, an overall great experience. We paid a better price than the dealership close to our house offered. Tyler was great again with helping us with our purchase.
Tyler Dark was quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. He made sure there were ZERO unknown gaps in communication at all. He answered all my questions and that gave me the ability to work the deal 100% over the phone. For a mom of two year old twins who works a demanding career from home I couldn’t have been more appreciative. They delivered my car to me (I live an hour away) with no charge whatsoever. He was not only on time but early. He was kind, understanding and taught me all the features in the vehicle. Joseph in finance informed me of all of my options to protect my vehicle and explained thoroughly what each package entailed. He was kind and a complete gentleman. I’d been on my search for a second vehicle for almost two months and Laird Noller Hyundai Genesis in Lawrence, KS made it all happen in a day. I’ve dealt with dealerships in my area that won’t deliver a car to you 5 minutes down the road, treat you as if you are not valued as a customer, and judge you based on what they see other than what matters. Laird Noller did not dot that and I am grateful for them and dealerships alike who treat their customers as people. I highly recommend them if you’ve been cast aside by the city dealerships in the Kansas City Metro Area.
I was unfamiliar with Genesis until I did some research. We went to the dealership mostly to check the car out, not necessarily thinking that we would purchase. The car was great, the experience was great, and suddenly I found myself driving home in my new G70. I think this is the first time that I have ever enjoyed buying a car. (And, I think I look pretty great in my new car!)
