James with Lawrence Appliance Repair came to my house today and fixed my dryer. Its now working great! He was on time and very polite. excellent technician and fair rates. Will use and recommend these guys to everyone I know.
The rep that was supposed to come fix my refrigerator was never on time. I called 20 minutes after the 4 hour window I was given for them to arrive, they didn't know if they had the part they needed to do the repair. They JUST started unloading and that they'd get back with me 30 minutes later. There was zero consideration for my time with this company and I won't be back. I do not recommend Lawrence Appliance repair.
Did the repair in a timely manner. He carefully moved the refrigerator out and fixed it swiftly. Left everything clean. Good job.
I hesitated giving them a call at first because of the negative reviews, but they did an excellent job for me. Repair was done fast and smooth and charged me fair price. call them. They are GREAT!!
