Both times I have been here I've been treated extremely well. Once for appendicitis and the other today for a severe allergic reaction that required an ambulance transport. Both times, the people here left a lasting mark on me. A traveling nurse from the first visit, Deana. My MD from today's visit, Paul Loney, and my nurse Mike. It was nice to have such kindness on some of my worst days. They were thorough and beyond nice.

LMH Drive-thru COVID Vaccination extremely well organized and efficient. Arrived 8 minutes before scheduled time for check-in, received my vaccination in less than 5 minutes from arrival, then wait 15 minutes to ensure no adverse reaction. Staff all friendly and helpful despite the frigid 20 degree weather.
They are not good at what they do and not so good of a hospital One of my family members came back and told me that one of the doctors hit her hard just because she couldn’t say anything that’s abuse. If you are a real doctor there is NO need to hit a patient just because they are not conscious and not responding to your questions.I am very upset at what that doctor did to my family member planning on talking to a lawyer and going from there.
Decent service, and the billing department is very hard to reach.
Genuinely the worst ER experience of my life. Terribly slow and rude nurses. If I knew it was going to be like that we would have gone to KC for treatment.
