I came to use their fingerprinting services to start a new job. I've been three different times and so far still haven't been able to get fingerprinted due to irregular hours, even after taking off from work. Thankfully my employer has been accommodating or I may have been at risk of losing my new job.

I brought a friend with me to visit the tourist Boulevard where all the shops are, a few years ago. I parked and put a few quarters into the meter. Less than 10 minutes later we decided to move the car up a block. When we got to the car, there was a citation for the meter running out, on my windshield. I looked at the meter and it showed I still had lots of time left (as I expected). Then I noticed all the cars on either side of me had citations, too!. I tried looking around for the ticket cop and gave up. When i got the citation home, I couldn't find a way to call them. Because i didn't want to take the chance of getting in any legal trouble, I put the two bucks in the envelope and mailed it. This was deliberate and blatant FRAUD! I quickly realized that they must do this all the time . They know that people won't have a huge problem sticking 2.00 into the envelope and dropping it in a mailbox, but when I think about them doing this all the time, this is massive . I will NEVER go to Lawrence to visit again. Ever. The people that work in these courts are running a racket like criminals. What this court is doing is FRAUD! They do it because they CAN. They might as well be the Mafia.

Make sure to pay the parking king his royalty tax for his parking meters so that by the time we have flying cars the streets will be paid for...lol
