Keegan has been awesome to work with. He never pushed products on us or recommended things outside of our style. He had a pretty good feel for what we wanted and stayed within those guidelines. He took his time and answered all of the questions we had.

My son and I had the most wonderful experience while shopping. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Keegan was our sales consultant found the exact items and sizes that my son needed. He went the extra mile in giving us a valued experience!!
Overall a good experience, I'm not too sure how I feel about their selling strategy. In my situation they made it feel like I was somehow getting this awesome deal but I'm sure that was their normal price on the suits. Also tag teaming with a coworker to sell a suit I wasn't a fan of. I have no complaints about the suit I purchased
The first time picking up the tux. The jacket was too big and the sleeves were way too long. The second fitting was great. They still gave me the wrong jacket. By the time I realized that they have given me the wrong jacket it was too late. The grooms fathers tux’s was ill fitting as well. At least we matched. Next time I’m going to buy one and not from here. Three visits were a total waste of time and money. The father of the brides tux fit fine. I guess one out of three are the odds that your looking at. We were all fitted In three different cities. I felt I should write a haiku about our experience. Too bad I have to give one star. Looking like a clown Jacket too big sleeves too long. No more men’s warehouse.
This review has good and bad! Basically Andrew is great, work with him. Otherwise, Men's Warehouse isn't super great. Here's my story! Last weekend I rented 11 suits for our wedding. I have two complaints and one compliment. My first complaint is that 5 suits needed to be re-measured/hemmed the week of the wedding. My second complaint: when we were placing the original order, we were told that we'd receive a 400 shopping spree post-wedding for renting so many suits. We already ordered neck ties and bow ties previously, so we specifically made sure we would still receive the reward even if we didn't order ties through Men's Warehouse. Yesterday, we returned to claim our reward, which requires the employee to call an outsourcing tux company to activate the reward (I assume they run the 400 reward program and reimburse Men's Warehouse). That tux company refused to give us the reward because we didn't order full suits (they were missing ties)... SO the store manager, Andrew wanted to make things right. He made sure that we received the reward! Here's my compliment: Andrew was really great to work with, helping find the right suit pants, shoes, and belt within our price range. I'm not so satisfied with Men's Warehouse or whatever company they use for those rewards. BUT I do recommend asking for Andrew if you choose to do business with them. He's friendly, helpful, and ensures customer service is great!
This should be your go-to spot if you a need a suit in Lawrence. Andrew and his team were so helpful! I needed a suit in a hurry and these guys crushed it. They gave me multiple options and got my suit ready in a hurry. Thanks for everything!
Our experience with custom Joe suits for our wedding in December 2018 was great! Their team helped answer our many questions, offered fantastic prices, and worked with our bridal party in many different states. We highly recommend the custom suit process for wedding parties!
While I never enjoy an environment where someone is trying to sell me something (or add things to my purchase), I was able to get two nice suits during a sale, and felt I got a good deal. I not sure how other locations are, but things were added to the final price without discussing them with me. Just be aware of what all goes into the final bill, and decide what things you want or don't.
