Justin from Midwest Exterminators showed up at my apartment and did an exceptional job. He was informative, patient, honest, respectful and on time. He answered all of my questions instantly and provided me to extra information on what the traps do and things of that nature. Overall the visit was easily a 10/10. Midwest is literally the best! They service our 408-unit apartment building and they have done wonders! Roxanne in the office is a delight to work with, she is so knowledgeable and gets everything sorted timely and efficiently. Nick, Kevin and Troy kill any pest issues we have, they are friendly and document everything in detail. Great company! I highly recommend them!

I have not enjoyed this company in the past. They are very intrusive and do not care about offering an individual service, that suits ones needs. They spray your stuff rudely on purpose and odd places like all over cabinet doors. I encourage others to complain and not be afraid, if their landlord makes them use this company. The owner is just as worthless as most of the employees, he does not care what his employees do, nor does he take complaints seriously. They all act like rude teenagers, impervious to local laws and respect. Thanks Angry Customer
