Went to this store to pick up parts for an in-house vacuum system. It was nice because they had what we needed. We had my daughters beater head which needed repaired. The guy talked us into buying a new beater head. The guy working didn’t know how to ring up merchandise. It seemed that they were missing an employee. Buy the time we have done all this there was a long line of people waiting. The guy hands me the beater head he was using for demonstrating purposes. I didn’t want to insist on a new one because of all the people waiting. Besides he used it in front of me so I assumed it worked. So I get home and it doesn’t work right. I have no instructions or papers because it was a floor model. Took it right back and instead of replacing it they sent it in for repair and now I have no vacuum.

Amazing store. Riccar Vacuuums are favorite. These guys know their product.
My husband and we’re looking for a good vacuum, having recently experienced a less than adequate model from another store, and came in with lots of questions. The lady who helped us was very patient, answered all of our questions, and demonstrated the vacuum we were interested in. We ended up buying a floor model Miele canister vac which worked like a dream when we got it home. We love the vacuum and the excellent customer service.
Was good to see they were open on a Saturday. When I dropped my machine off a week ago they said just call for curbside pickup. Obviously open but voicemail said to call their other store in Kc. So i masked up only to find the worker with his mask below his nose. Obviously not taking the virus seriously in spite of Lawrence cases at all time high. They did do a good job cleaning my sewing machine.
Super friendly and great service. Cleaned and repaired our Dyson and it’s working great! Glad to have this business in town, highly recommend.
