the grounds and units are ok. the problem is that once pete gets control of your credit card he can bill it endlessly. it's in the contract that you give him written notification of contract termination. we did that as well as leaving voice and email messages. i even spoke to him face to face once. he's under no obligation to acknowledge any of that so he billed us for 5 months after we left. the billing stopped when the credit card company finally shut him down. i am pursuing this with the kansas attorney general's office. yes, he's that bad.
Rented here for 18 months. Our unit leaked thru the roof. You will need to make sure you keep your furniture and boxes off the floor with pallets or wood pieces because water could come in. It ruined some of our items. There are some newer places around town that might be a little better engineered that you might be happier with to rent.
