I was lucky enough to find Pest Specialist, LLC a couple of years ago. I engaged their services for preventative treatment, and since they began their automatic service, NO BUGS! Nothing gets into my house-not even the little spiders I would see in the Fall and Spring. They are reliable (I have 2x/year automatic service), professional and pleasant. What a change from some of the larger companies I had previously used, in all respects (including the fact that their services are actually effective!). Hoping preventative maintenance is all I will ever need, but I am relieved to know that if there is ever some bug or critter issue, I have found a company I can count on.

We've had Tim and his team for year now. He gave me educated insights on how to eradicate a mouse problem we had in a shed and then did his thing and its been great ever since. Always very pleasant and responsive. Great resource with many years of experience.

Tim is fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain what he finds and his treatment plan. The problem is always quickly solved. He also offers a great maintenance plan to keep your home pest free. High quality at a reasonable price.
