Our dogBentley love Petco grooming ladies, so caring and been able to handle such a large dog. One thing, every time we go to buy Purina Pro Plan Large breed can and Giant breed they don’t have it. Hope in the future they considered to keep it in stock. Thank you Petco for been wonderful and caring.

Their online ordering system took my money out of my account and then “returned” the item when they checked it out and they’re saying that it was my own fault, which is obviously was not. They then state that “it will show back up in my account in 2-3 business days” and if I want it sooner that I would have to call my bank. I just wanted food for my dogs. The only reason I ordered from them is to get a 25% discount. Do not recommend. Not helpful and now I’m out 50 for at least 4-5 days because of the weekend and still have to go spend another 50 for dog food somewhere else. Thank goodness I didn’t need the 50 over the weekend.
Great deals! The girls Kara, Lean,Caband Caitlin helped me with questions about vital care and they informed me on all the benefits of it. They were all super friendly. Mary helped me find the right dog food for my dog at an affordable rate. I did whole hearted. She also helped direct me to what my work best with my dog for itching treatment. They are all so professional! Thank you guys so much! Been to pet smart and never got the same service.
I saved 10 off of the normal order I get due to sales on Whole Hearted canned dog food and Merricks Fresh Kisses! The staff if friendly and extremely helpful. I always have a good experience there and so does my dog Lucy. She loves Petco and looks forward every week to go.
