Very frustrating experience! We have used this company for many jobs over the years. The last experience with them was just ridiculous. First they gave us a quote and when the job was finished the bill was significantly more than the quote. When I called to get an explanation she told me the quote was from the job they did at this house from “years ago.” Absolutely ridiculous! The bill also charged me extra so they wouldn’t have to piece together carpet in the closet. When I was putting things back in closet I noticed pieces pulling apart! I’m sooo frustrated with these people and their shady business practices. Saving money for themselves and charging the customer More. I certainly will not use this company again and you should think twice also!
