They Are very friendly over the years I'VE been buying cigars here but they stereo type some people And watch some people like a HAWK as if your gonna steal their stale cigars I ordered some STICKS online&Realized how much different a GOOD SMOKE was so from now on CIGAR SUPERSTORE@50 SUNRISE HWY WILL BE MY NEW HOME they Treat you like you Belong&Sell you FRESH CIGARS but I will continue to play my Lotto&buy their incents \GOOD Day to my REAL CIGAR PUFFERS
I've visited several times and decided to write my review now. Firstly, customer service is impeccable!! All the sales people I've interacted with at this establishment have been knowledgeable, accommodating and very helpful. Secondly, this place always have what I want AND MORE. Prices are good too. I live in Brooklyn and have made my way there several times due to their consistency!
The Indian guy in the lotto is very nice. His customer service is excellent. I go to this store because of him as he remembers my name and never fails to greet me and ask me how is my day going. Very regular and happy customer
This place is very nice. Great selection of smokes, nice prices and staff is very friendly. They also have nice oils, essences and odor sprays. Love that they open early and close late. Huge selection of lottery tickets!!!!! UPDATE OMG I bought some of the mini incenses today. The scents are out of this world!!!!! I lit it and a few seconds later my entire area was smelling like the scent it was named after. Bunch of little cuties!!!! LOLLLL
