The lawyer was surprisingly unprofessional and she even didn’t have most important and basic knowledge for our needs. Which she is specialize for. We figured out one month later, after I meet KU legal services lawyer, which was very helpful and very knowledgeable for every small details. Due to this consult experience, we didn’t get any helpful information, but we have to reschedule everything, cause a big mess and a big trouble in our life.

I have a story about a disaster narrowly averted... no thanks to this law firm. My girlfriend and I had a consult about applying for a green card. We mentioned our plans to travel outside of the country, both before and after our wedding. She never mentioned that entering the country on a student visa after marriage is considered visa fraud. This would have been a devastating mistake that could easily have prevented us from getting a green card. It seems to me that a good immigration attorney might mention this very important fact, or the fact that if you get married within 90 days of (re)entering the US, that can also jeopardize your green card (another critical mistake we revealed we had plans to make). Very disappointing... she was very nice, but I'd seek advice elsewhere.
I do not recommend Mr. Trevino we hired him as an immigration lawyer for my brother He never communicated with my brother while incarcerated he would never return my moms phone calls his secretaries would say he would return the call and he never would. He would always try to avoid us once My mom called him and his secretary said he was not there I came up to his office about 5 min after my mom was told he was not there to give him a payment and he was in his office sitting down. So far we paid him about 5,000 for him to do his job and at one of the courts my brother didn’t even know if he had a lawyer or not because he never communicated with him.The judge had to reach out to Mr. Trevino because he never appeared in court (he was paid for him to appear to this court) we are very disappointed and won’t use him again, we had hope that he would help us with this case but we feel that out money went to Waste. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
