It is a unique preservation based economic development tool that enables communities to revitalize downtowns and business districts by leveraging local assets. The 4 Point Program in Lawrenceburg has been adapted to maximize the use of available resources to meet the specific needs and challenges of this community. Lawrenceburg Main Street is supported by a 3 full-time staff members, and is directed by a board of 10 civic and business leaders. The organization is comprised of committees dedicated to fulfilling the 4-Point Program uniquely designed for Main Street Programs.
