I called today to make an appointment with this surgeon, but was immediately shut down by the front desk lady. She actually asked me if there were other surgeons in Columbia that we could use. I ended the conversation and found a provider that wants my business. I'm sure Dr. Boyd is a great surgeon...if you can get past the front desk to see him.
