0 star for this facility. If you pay cash for X-Ray, you pay around 100 everywhere, though with insurance, they charge me 360 for one x-ray. If they would disclose the charge prior to doing it, I would have a choice. Then, while I was fighting with my insurance, they sent this to collection, another nightmare, Metcor - they would charge 6 extra for paying by credit card. Never heard of any such thing. I asked them if they could waive it. Answer was \No\. Horrible service. Never use them again!

I had an MRI done yesterday at this location and I can’t say enough NICE things about the front desk people and the tech who did my MRI I’m so beyond grateful for how kind and professional they were! Would highly recommend them especially if you’ve had a bad MRI experience somewhere else.

I am needing a cat scan disk for my neurologist... traveled for 1 hour to come to pick up the disk ( because they didn’t offered me other options) I they decided to closed few minutes early. I called them earlier to ask what they closed and they told me at 5:00 o’clock. I told them that I was coming I was going to be a few minutes before their closing time because I don’t have another time to come and this place is quite far . I don’t know WHY is so complicated for them to send this information to my neurologist.?? Why I have to drive a long way, when I agave so many health issues and they know it .! Why I can’t pay by phone to mail it .??? Why they made me waste my energy, time and gas for 2 hours drive .??? That is highly disregarded from this office.

I never write reviews for things like this but I was so impressed that I have to. Everyone was sooooo professional and so nice that it made my experience that much better. Super friendly. Explained everything in details, didn't mind my many questions and took my blood better than anyone ever has. I would highly recommend this location. Way to go, Northside.

Called today to schedule and appointment and the woman that answered the phone was very unprofessional. She was very rude and responded with a bad attitude. I disconnected the line. I was referred by my general doctor and i decided to go somewhere else...if that is how they respond when scheduling a new patient appt i cant imagine how they will be once you are a patient.
