My root canal visit was second to none. Dr. Lawson and staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and made the whole visit comfortable. Highly recommended!

My root canal was not that uncomfortable but everything else was. The assistant who was obviously in training and barely out of high school had to take my x-ray 4 times. And the flirting between the doctor and her was so unprofessional that it made me very uncomfortable. Isn't it the doctors job to make you feel comfortable while getting something uncomfortable done? There was non-stop joking and laughing the whole procedure and at one point they were obviously making fun of another staff member. Very unprofessional! I will say the older lady that took over everything at the end explained my insurance was helpful. I will never go back again.
Thank you to everyone for being so kind and courteous to us. My husband had some dental work done there and everyone was wonderful!! His pain remains minimal and we really appreciate that someone called the next day to check on him. We highly recommend Dr.Lawson and his staff! Thank you again to you all!! And the chipmunks and the birds were beautiful to watch in the courtyard! ️
After having a bad experience elsewhere, and having tons of anxiety during dental stuff in general, I was dreading this root canal. But I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and painlessly everything went. Everyone was super nice and the doctor and assistant both were great at explaining everything they were doing. They also functioned like a well-oiled machine. No fumbling for the next implement or back and forth about what was needed, the assistant just knew exactly what the doc was going to need and had it ready, saving time and not leaving you wondering what they were doing. If I ever have to have another one, that's where I will be going.
Outstanding care and customer service. Dr. Lawson is truly a pro in every way.
