I would give 0 stars if it allowed.. Was supposed to fix my washing machine. Was charged 216 and it was still doing the same thing after the "repair". Called him several times to have it fixed, first we had the light snow and all the other weather. So for him to come back out kept getting put of. He came out and didn't want to repair what was actually wrong with it. He wanted me to buy a different washer at a discount price. He was supposed to call me again in a couple days. I waited a week called him, he was still working on it. Almost another week goes by. Finally talking to him again and its a completely different washer he wants to sell me then discussed the first time. He says he wants an additional 225 for the washer and wants the parts back I had paid for. So he gets, 216 I already paid him, additional 225 and then he would get the 130 for returning the parts. I wasn't okay with that. When I disagreed he was going to refund my money amd take the parts, he was supposed to come the next day. I waited all day long until almost 5pm, I called and Mt call was forwarded. I received a text that my warranty expired and no refund, no nothing. Yeah it expired by then because the he had taken so long coming out to recheck it and then the 2 weeks talking about selling me a different washer.
