Victim of their own success and location? Called them, cant get throguh to service advisor. Reception told me they would call back, did not. Called again got through to an advisor. Cant help me for more than 2 weeks fully booked, only with an express service. so something is wrong with the Ford product but cant get it serviced or looked at in 2 weeks even after explaining the urgency. Guess I'll move on to another dealer then.

Just a mention, Sent my ford ranger for service and it was smoking on start up, and reverse gear knocking when engaged, 2 days later , got the call to fetch vehicle, they said they did some programming and they have tested the vehicle and it is fixed, the workshop manager said it is normal for the Vehicle to smoke in Winter. I started the vehicle upon pick up and it was smoking as I’ve dropped it off. I had to tell the workshop manager that the glow plugs need replacing, the next day service advisor called me and confirmed that the glow plugs need replacement, they only now after I told them tested the vehicle with the computer. The workshop needed 3 days to replace 2 glow plugs. Unhappy about the dishonesty, lying to clients about checking problems when they were ready to tell me it’s normal. The reverse gear still knocks upon engaging, and the untrained staff that I have to tell them what’s wrong with the vehicle. Vehicle is still smoking in the mornings but not as bad as before, but I wouldn’t want to take the vehicle back to Lazarus.

Booked my 10 year old KIA st the Lazarus KIS workshop this week when started loosing power after an engine wash. It turns out the coils were all flooded as a result. The KIA workshop ran a diagnostics test, cleared the water and did not charge me a cent. Afterwards I was impressed with the personal attention, advice and genuine customer care that came from Werner and Maans. I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else!

Took my Ford in for its first service. There was a bit of line at check in but that's due to covid. They were professional and safe. They inspected my vehicle and followed covid regulations. After the service I picked my car up and it was sanitized and clean. Really happy with the service delivered and I'm looking forward to be a return customer.
