This 3 stars so called hotel is very rude to the potential visitors, who just want to have a dinner there. The bad excuse and arrogant is that, they're serving ONLY those who have accommodation inside. There is no such a notice outside, because it's not allowed by local laws, just to serve privileged. If they still want to play local rude game, they should remove their stars from the building and stay untouched by potential visitors.

We spend one night in the hotel. It was Saturday and there was wedding. Our room should be above the wedding party. We were not informed about that hotel changed our reserved room (apartment with 2 rooms) and we get one room with 4 beds. We claimed the room and get apartment with 2 rooms, but this room was not cleaned after the last host. The room was cleaned up in an hour. Then we would like to have a shower, but there was no water, cold as well during all night. We claimed that issue whole evening. The cold water was running in the morning, but no hot water still. We claimed again. After breakfast the hot water was running again, but the water pressure was very poor. Maybe we had just a bad day. We get compensation from the hotel as price discount.
The door handle fell out, and a wardrobe fell on my friends leg.
