Staff was great. They followed CDC guidelines throughout my visit. The Dr. Was incredible. He heard my heart Murmur without fancy equipment, addressed ALL of my needs and concerns. Gave me the referrals that I needed and was all done within the hour. I was comfortable and happy that The entire staff helped out with my visit. Thank you Golden Valley.

This clinic is always amazing. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. All the medical professionals go out of their way to help solve any health issues. It’s the only place I go for medical care

Not sure what happened but I’ve never had an issue or unpleasant experience with Golden Valley. Appt was at 1pm via phone call. I was reached at 2:30pm which I was unavailable... exact purpose of having an appointment. I knew I was not going to be available after the designated time. I called Leah back since she left me a voicemail. She was rude and short and left me with, “I’ll reschedule when we can,” with an attitude as if I inconvenienced her. Not a “we’ll get a hold of you in the next days or so...” Golden Valley... either properly staff your facilities so you can better serve your community or change the behavior of your staff and train better employees because that service provided by that nurse was awful.

Always greeted with a warm smile. I have never had any issues here. Doctors and staff are very caring they take care of you in timely matter. It is a clean and organized medical clinic.

The doctor was very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Appointments were always quickly available and flexible. The staff was always very nice and helpful too. I do wish there was a direct line to the facility rather than through the call center, but generally they are all still pretty helpful. The facility provides a very clean and professional setting.

It was very efficient and the Docotor I talked to was very friendly, forthcoming and understanding of what was going on with me.
