We decided to eat in this restaurant, the waitress brings dishes, we were a little surprised by the amount and started eating. After a couple of minutes the waiter tells our neighbours, that their order was brought to us and asking them maybe they want to eat our order? We realized that we do not eat what we ordered (because without knowing the French cuisine, we did not know how the dishes look) The waiter said that we should have to pay for all the dishes, even that we did not touch (which they brought to us in error) and gave an bill and there they considered paying for the dishes which did not even bring to us and when we started to get very angry, they took some of the dishes out of the bill. Nobody even apologized and behaved disgustingly! Big thanks to staff- last day in France was completely dissapointed

We go to Le Portel on most visits to this area,this time we were returning from Brittany in our camper we booked into the local Campsite Le Phare,which is great and so friendly we spent the the afternoon on the beach. In the evening off to Le Monaclin,we sat on the Terrace this being Ist August 2013 and had a great meal,the food and the service for 21 Euro is great,all locals eat here,even the well to do!

Restaurant avec vue imprenable en front de mer où l'on aperçoit les côtes anglaises par temps clair. Je recommande cette table où la cuisine est soignée et à prix très correcte.

Très bonne adresse. Nous nous sommes régalées DÉLICIEUX ! Attention les plats sont très copieux mais sommes allées jusqu'au dessert !
