Leadx is very poor in its service to customers. When i recieved my car back the glass from my broken back window was left locked in the boot door, the car was covered in filler dust inside and out and the radio and clock was all out of order,( i believe this was because the battery was disconected , though god knows why). This place is the pits!!

My wife went there to get her 4 year old fiesta looked at for a stone chip on the door. To say that they made a mess of fixing a simple stone chip would be a huge understatement. The first time they tried to fix it there was runs in the paint at the bottom of the door were the stone chip was and near the door handle and the car looked like it had been through a flour mill dust all over it and even a white key that should have been black. When I complained they asked for it to be brought back to them and it would be rectified (big mistake on our part). When we went back to collect it it was even worse they had put a tin of paint on the roof of the car and left a ring on it, there was over spray all over the back panel and the roof and they had sanded in the wrong place and left marks all over the door and the original stone chip was showing through and there was dust under the paint all over the door. If you decide to use these people do so at your own risk as the initial quote from them was 200 and it has just cost nearly 3 times that to get everything they completely cooked up put right. As I say it would be your choice but personally I wouldn't let them park a car let alone try to fix one.

It’s so hard to find a good garage so I asked for a recommendation on Facebook and got told about this place and was told it was worth looking into, and I must say I wasn’t disappointed the service from start to finish was 5 star keep up the great work

Can not fault these as they polite, efficient, value for money and excellent customer service. Would recommend to everyone. They go out of their way to help and if they are unable to help due to not currently providing a particular service then they will recommend another business who can help.
