I’ve only been here for 1 and a half months my tire had been stolen and I put in a maintenance request for my toilet. Not onmy have I put ina complaint with the office and the request but none of the has gotten back to me AT ALL and it’s been over 3 weeks. And parking, they claim to have this priority parking which only one per household no matter how many rooms. But no matter the “enforcement” there is no parking available and literally the front of my whole apartment is colored for priority it makes no sense.

I had mice in my unit and they would not do anything about it. Also parking is an absolute nightmare, they do not do anything to enforce the parking rules so people park wherever. The front office staff really don’t care what issues you have. Maintenance crew is amazing but the office staff are rude, and inconsiderate. Rent goes up every year. Way more cons than pros! Leafstone is really over rated!

I lived here never late on rent or bills, my husband died in the front yard in the beginning of the month, we moved out off the apt 2 weeks later. Had to make an apt to give keys back, witch they made on the 6 th of the following month. Now they won’t give back deposit and say we owe them over 800 for utilities.all the bills wear payed up. Not a nice place!

I lived here for the better part of two years, it was my first home. The location is great, even at the front of the complex sounds from the road aren't noticeable. I only ever had one issue with them which was they did not come out and change the AC filters which they said they did however my SO worked from home and they never did it. I ended up buying my own to change it. As a warning if you are looking to live here it is on City of Covington for utilities and they will suck you dry. Despite keeping the thermostat at 68, wearing sweaters and plasticizing the windows we once got a power bill for nearly 500...for a 1b/1b.

If you have no credit they'll deny you. Soooooo seeing that the application fee is 75 they should have specified you HAVE to have credit before they can rent to you. Seeking legal matters for my brother because I don't get how he can have no credit he has a great job in California making good money and pays 1650 a month for rent out there and it's set up on auto pay. He applies here at leafstone in Georgia and they tell him no because he has no credit? This is a man who has 2017's with no car notes moving to a job here in Georgia to be closer to family because he's a single dad of 3 and these crazy people tell him no? I'd never refer a friend to stay here and if someone ask I'll steer them clear. Only people not taking good people must have a problem.
