I just want to say “THANK YOU” for coming to my house on a weekend, being fair with the pricing, and knowing what you’re doing. I don’t care what anyone says; this guy is IT. The refrigerator’s ice-maker pipe had broken inside the wall so we called a few companies, one of them came out, looked at the problem, and left claiming to return later on, never came. Landon answered on the first ring, asked for a picture of the problem, gave me a solid price that we agreed on, and he was here within an hour. Highly recommend!

He came through, was true to his word and did it all according to the Florida building code. He worked very hard with minimal help through some weirdly rough terrain that hardly gave way...but, a few days later, and my new main water service is on-point.

Landon, or, The Only Leak Detector, had me test my toilets while on the phone with me to make sure my 800.00 water bill wasn’t due to a running toilet, a fix most diy-ers can handle. My high water bill ended up being a break in the main water line, the pipe outside between the meter and the house. He even replaced the pipe so ultra convenient. I highly recommend "T.OL.D." and I'd use his service again. Five stars across the board.
Unconventional, but definitely worth it. Landon showed up 15 minutes early, for our sky high water bill leak problem. Being The Only Leak Detector, he used his multi-frequency sound amplification device and Flir infrared thermal imager to find our leak. We also ended up contacting him for the repair work. We have water the entire time except for about an hour at the end when he made his final connections. We also were able to get a credit from the water department. Definitely recommend Leak Detection Plumber of Miami, Florida. This guy knows his stuff.
