I’m very familiar with this store since I’ve grown up in leamington and I know people who shop here. And I will say through personal experience I don’t find these woman to be professional. To shop here in my opinion if you aren’t “know wealth” or look “rich” they don’t really help you... they just let you roam the store and when being asked a question they lightly go over it and say they don’t have it or they suggest something else. But when someone they know is in the store trying on everything it gathers both of the associates attention immediately and they are all for this persons big purchase. Not only have they ignored in store but through these covid times when they are taking pick up they are rushing off the phone immediately to tend to other things as opposed to encouraging the customer for the purchase. I don’t know if it’s just bad sales tactic or if they genuinely don’t care or others needs. Don’t get me wrong I saw so much potential since it being the only place you can go to getting on trend items especially it being impossible to find in this small town. But it’s just a little disappointing to be let down by woman who are promoting self confidence. I am not trying to be bashful at all I’m just speaking truth of personal experience and giving out an opinion. If I see a difference i will have a change of heart and a change of mind but until than my opinion remains strong.
