I've been with this surgery for probably over 35 year's, and one Dr I've never got on with namely Dr Bonsall he is the most arrogant I'll mannered person I've ever met, I told him that I had no problems with my eyes or feet due to my type 2 diabetes and basically got told that I was a liar so after much ranting and raving from him I put the phone down, only to receive a text message from him telling me to find another practice as I'm not welcome there anymore, time to put in a complaint to the GMC.

Never have a problem getting an appointment, all staff I have dealt with are friendly & helpful. They are doing a great job under immence pressure.

Astonishingly rude receptionists. Genuinely, they can't get you off the phone quick enough. No matter how busy someone may be, rudeness and severity is unnecessary. Doctors seem to be well informed, polite and helpful but calling up is an anxiety inducing process with the completely rude and unfriendly reception.
