Seriously when is this place closing down!!! Every time I come in here the staff / mangers are gathered in groups talking or across the way! Very rude especially when entering and no one greets you ( no wonder more people are shopping online) no ones ever at there till so if you go to another department the first thing you say is sorry.. no one is on the till where I got these clothes from! And they either say that’s fine or go to another one! I litterly just go in here to stay out of the cold if I’m looking around town or waiting for another shop to open! Laughable really, looking forward to it being another shop!
A crippled shade of a once decent shop. The kitchen section is basically gutted. Won't bother visiting again.
Browsing the Barbour dept, was considering buying from here. It was a good while until a scruffy sales assistant appeared, spraying the expensive Barbour coats with anti bac spray. I definitely will not be purchasing from here after witnessing how they treat these expensive items. I couldn’t believe the appearance and attitude of the assistant, not impressed with house of Fraser anymore.
