Thanks to Dan at Leaders, I found a good flat in Leamington at short notice and under lockdown. Dan was very prompt, responsive and helpful throughout! Moved in yesterday and the team at Leaders helped with some initial issues very promptly indeed. Very impressed so far!

Being from America and still new to the area, Leaders of Leamington Spa has been amazing! Daniel was able to get us a prime viewing of a property we loved, spent the time to talk with us about it and made sure all of our questions were answered. He was quick to follow-up any questions we emailed him while we were going through the paperwork for the flat. Moving during a lockdown was a bit stressful, but Daniel made sure all of the paperwork was filled out electronically and made the process quick and easy. The Welcome Gift was icing on the cake. Our property manager, Ellie, is also wonderful. Leaders is a great estate agency to work with.
Only one word, THIEF ! Living in the UK can be a stressful experience for a tenant. This is because of the high amounts of responsibilities while finding the best letting agents often devolve into a situation where you end up getting and signing agreements you are never told about as a tenant. Here are some of the things that tenants need to be aware of that can cause you to fall foul when it comes to renting out a property with an agent. They hold your money and you can't almost do anything about it. Forget about TDS, they don't care about you. My best advice is to ask them to write a formal letter with a statement that they are going to give you back the deposit after the renting period.
The service from Leaders Leamington Spa has been amazing. I have been dealing with Elisha, who has been super helpful and very fast and responsive. I felt that I have always had her to go to if I have any queries and she has responded to me giving her best effort whilst being highly professional. Highly Recommend!!!
